Home Work LeadQuote

Three clear options, no phone call required.

LeadQuote puts plainly priced choices in front of the visitor and lets them decide on their own screen, on their own time.

An owned product, built and maintained under the Leadder brand. Delivered for Leadder (leadder.io), where Gondal Tech's principal leads sales and delivery operations.

Why this pattern matters to a public buyer

Most service requests still end in “call us for a quote”. LeadQuote replaces that dead end with a public, self-service flow: the visitor answers plain-language questions and gets three priced options, good, better and best, without speaking to anyone. It is proof that we ship and maintain citizen-style self-service software, not just marketing pages.

The same pattern maps directly onto a municipal site: a fee estimator, a service-request tool, any flow where a resident should get a clear answer without a phone queue.

What it shows

  • Plain-language choices. Options described in the words the visitor uses, not industry jargon.
  • Three-option pricing. Good, better and best, each with a real price, so the decision is comparison, not negotiation.
  • Accessible components. A WCAG-conscious UI built from accessible components, the same standard we hold our own site to.
  • Mobile-first. Designed for the phone screen first, because that is where residents actually are.

The flow, on both screens
