Home About
You work with the principals.
Gondal Tech Inc. was established in 2021 in Vaughan, Ontario. 100% Canadian-owned and operated, with the people who sign the proposal doing the work.
Five years of shipping systems. Now for the public sector.
Gondal Tech was founded in 2021. Since then we have delivered systems for more than 20 businesses across Canada, the US, Australia and Europe: coaching and education, real estate, home services, energy, SaaS, e-commerce and professional services.
The pattern in that work is consistent: intake systems, CRM platforms, automation, accessible interfaces and reporting stacks that leadership actually reads.
Why public sector now? Because the work we already do, accessibility, intake, automation and reporting, is exactly what governments buy. The vocabulary changes; the systems do not.
And because small fixed scopes are where a three-person firm outperforms. On a $25K-$45K deliverable, the buyer gets the firm's best people, a fixed price, and a delivery timeline measured in weeks. That trade favours us, and it favours you.
Khaldoon Gondal, Principal
Khaldoon leads delivery and client engagements. If you email this firm, he replies. If you award this firm a contract, he is in the build, not above it.

The numbers that describe us
What we hold ourselves to
Five commitments, each one checkable from the outside.
The principals do the work. There is no account layer between the person you brief and the person who builds, and no offshore handoff after the contract signs. The team you evaluate is the team that shows up, from kickoff to handover documentation.
- Fixed prices. Published on the site, confirmed by written quote, no meter running.
- Honest status labels. Registered means registered, filing means filing. We do not round up.
- Accessibility as a default. Not a line item. This site is the proof of practice.
- You own your IP. Code, content, prompts, configurations and data are yours on final payment.
- Same-day replies. On business days, every message gets an answer from a principal.
