Priced for the direct-award band.
Most accessibility audits stall in procurement before they stall in remediation. This one is priced under the common GTA bylaw thresholds and the federal directed-contract band, so a clerk can approve it on a quote and a purchase order.
We audit against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA. AODA's legal floor is WCAG 2.0 AA, so the report you file is measured against the current standard, not the minimum.

20+ employees? Your AODA compliance report is due December 31, 2026.
Ontario organizations with 20 or more employees must file their next accessibility compliance report by December 31, 2026. If you do not know whether your site passes, start with the free scan: we test 5 pages and send results within 48 hours.
Five steps, manual testing led.
Automated scanners alone miss what real users hit. Our audits are led by manual testing, with automation as the assist.
-
Scope
Page inventory, templates versus unique layouts, PDFs and third-party widgets. You get a fixed quote before we start.
-
Test
NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers, axe and WAVE automated passes, full keyboard-only navigation, and colour-contrast analysis. Manual testing led, automation assisted.
-
Report
The full report in 10 business days: per-criterion pass/fail against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, severity-ranked issues, screenshots and code-level fixes.
-
Fix support
We work through remediation with your developers or your vendor, or implement the fixes ourselves under Tier 2.
-
Re-test and certify
Once the fixes are in, we re-test the failed criteria and issue the conformance certificate. Included in Tier 3.
What lands on your desk.
A report your developers can act on and your leadership can file, not a scanner export.
- Executive summary written for leadership and council, not just IT.
- Per-criterion pass/fail against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA.
- Severity-ranked issues with screenshots and code-level fixes.
- Policy documents to support your accessibility obligations.
- We file your AODA compliance report, so the paperwork ends with us, not with you.
Three tiers, one anchor price.
Tier 1 is anchored at $4,500. Tiers 2 and 3 are quoted on page count, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
| Tier | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 · Audit | Full WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audit and report: per-criterion pass/fail, severity-ranked issues, screenshots, code-level fixes, executive summary. | From $4,500 |
| Tier 2 · Audit + remediation support | Everything in Tier 1, plus hands-on remediation support: we fix issues with your team, your vendor, or ourselves. | Quoted on page count |
| Tier 3 · Audit + re-test + certificate | Everything in Tier 2, plus a re-test after remediation, a conformance certificate, and we file your AODA compliance report. | Quoted on page count |
What moves the price: page count, templates versus unique layouts, the number of PDFs, and third-party widgets. A five-page microsite anchors at $4,500; larger sites are quoted from the same variables, in writing, before work starts.
This site is the audit sample.
gondaltech.ca targets WCAG 2.2 AA: static HTML, no page-builder bloat, keyboard navigable end to end. Our own conformance statement is published the same way we write them for clients. If we would not pass our own audit, you should not hire us to run yours.
Questions clerks and IT managers ask.
How much does an accessibility audit cost?
A five-page municipal microsite is $4,500. Full municipal sites are quoted on page count, and the quote is fixed before we start.
How long does the audit take?
The full report lands in 10 business days from the day we get access. Re-testing and certification follow your remediation timeline.
Do you fix the issues or just report them?
Both are available. Tier 1 is the audit and report, with code-level fixes written into every issue. Tier 2 adds hands-on remediation support with your team or ours. Tier 3 adds a re-test and certificate once the fixes are in.
Do we get a certificate?
Tier 3 includes a re-test after remediation and a conformance certificate against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, and we file your AODA compliance report.
What about PDFs?
PDFs count under AODA's Information and Communications standard, and we test them as part of the audit. The number of PDFs is one of the variables that moves the price.
The deadline is fixed. Your audit date is not.
From $4,500, report in 10 business days. Same-day reply on business days.
