What a vehicle is, and why the labels are honest.
A contract vehicle, standing offer or Vendor of Record arrangement is a pre-qualification that happens once, in advance. After that, buyers can call up work at any dollar value the arrangement allows without running a new open competition, because the competitive step already happened when the list was built. If your organization buys through one, it is usually the fastest route to a signed contract.
Vendors routinely blur the line between registered, filing and planned. We do not. Every status on this page is date-stamped and each change is recorded when the underlying fact changes: Registered means you can find us on the portal today, Filing means a submission is in progress, and Bidding means we respond to postings as they open.
