Why an owned product is on this page
FormBook is here as proof of a plain claim: we ship and maintain software, not just websites. An owned product means we carry the whole lifecycle ourselves, architecture, build, hosting, tenant onboarding, upgrades and support, with no client to hand it back to. For an evaluator, that is evidence of sustained delivery capability, not a one-off engagement.
It is also the working proof behind our Intake & CRM Platform offer. The patterns a public program needs, eligibility screening before scheduling, routing by answer, per-organization administration, already run in production here.
What it does
- Qualification before booking. Eligibility and qualification logic runs first. Calendar slots appear only after the applicant qualifies, so staff time is never booked against ineligible requests.
- Routing by answer. Submissions route to the right team, calendar or follow-up workflow based on what the applicant said, not on someone re-reading a form inbox.
- Multi-tenant administration. Each organization runs its own forms, branding, users and reporting on one maintained platform, the same shape as a multi-department or multi-program rollout.
FormBook is a live commercial product rather than a public demo site, so we show it rather than link it: we will walk through a working tenant on a call.
