Six commitments, written into the statement of work.
These are not aspirations. They are contract terms, and the monthly report shows whether we are keeping them.
Curated sources only
The bot answers from a reviewed corpus of your published content. Nothing else is in scope.
Citation on every answer
Each response links the page it came from, so staff and residents can verify in one click.
Human escalation path
When a question falls outside the corpus, the bot hands off to a person instead of guessing.
No automated decisions
Informational only. The bot never approves, denies or decides anything on your behalf.
Data stays in Canada
Hosting and processing in Canadian regions, with data residency written into the agreement.
Monthly accuracy reports
A recurring report on answer accuracy, escalations and coverage gaps. Quality is measured, not assumed.
What residents actually ask.
The first corpus usually covers the questions that fill your phone queue.
Waste collection day
Which bin, which week, and what changes on holidays.
Permits and licensing
What permit a project needs, what it costs, and how to apply.
Transit and roads
Closures, construction notices and service changes.
Council agendas
When council meets, what is on the agenda, and where the minutes live.
Recreation programs
Schedules, registration windows and facility hours.
Service requests
How to report a pothole, a missed pickup or a broken streetlight, and what happens next.
See the deliverable before you buy it.
This is the same stack we deploy for clients: bilingual, retrieval-only over published content, and every answer cited. No generated facts, no automated decisions.
The live demo ships with our own bot build. Until then, this is a real exchange from our test corpus, and a preview of the deliverable.
Static preview. The interactive demo launches with the production bot.
English and French from day one.
Every corpus entry, answer and escalation message ships in both languages. For Ontario municipalities serving areas designated under the French Language Services Act, and for federal institutions with official-languages obligations, bilingual delivery is a requirement, not an option.
We build the French corpus alongside the English one, not as a translation pass at the end, so both languages get the same accuracy commitments and the same monthly reporting.
Priced to fit the band you can actually use.
From $25K, the answer bot fits the federal directed-contract band and the invitational bands most Ontario bylaws set. Production hosting and monthly accuracy reporting are quoted alongside the build, so there is no surprise line item in year two.

The questions your counsel will ask.
What about hallucinations?
The bot is retrieval-only: it answers from a curated corpus of your published content, cites the source page on every answer, and refuses to answer when a question falls outside the corpus. It escalates to a person instead of guessing.
Where does the data live?
In Canada. Hosting and processing stay in Canadian regions, and data residency is written into the agreement.
Can the bot decide anything?
No. It is informational only. It never approves, denies or decides anything on behalf of your organization, and every path that needs a decision routes to a human.
