We bind coverage on award and issue certificates of insurance naming your organization as additional insured. Certificates are delivered before work starts, not after a reminder.

If your contract specifies different limits or endorsements, tell us at bid time and we will confirm coverage in the quote.
WSIB
Information technology consulting is a by-application industry under WSIB rules, meaning coverage is not automatically mandatory for firms like ours. For each engagement we provide the document your file needs: a WSIB status letter or a clearance appropriate to the engagement. Ask for it in onboarding and it arrives with the insurance certificates.
